Bookings and Conditions

CONDITIONS:
Fuel included in all tariffs.
All charters are weather dependent and the decision to proceed is at the discretion of the skipper. This may also include alterations to the planned destination in unfavourable weather conditions.
BOOKING:
Once your package has been decided and the price confirmed, a deposit is required within 48 hours to secure the booking. A deposit of 25% is required and payment is accepted via credit card or direct debit. If the deposit not received within 48hrs, the booking may not be held.
Balance of payment for the booked package is required 72 hours prior to departure.
Prices quoted on the website are subject to change at any time.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to charter, will not be entitled to any refund.
Cancellations more than 7 days prior to charter, will be entitled to move their charter booking to an alternative booking date, without loss of their deposit.
Weather postponement.
In the event of inclement weather conditions, the skipper will decide as soon as practicable on the day(s) prior to the charter if it is safe and appropriate to proceed as planned. In the event of postponement, arrangements will be made for another date.
