Sailing offers a dynamic, challenging environment with immediate outcomes, so it is an ideal training ground for skills in teamwork and communication.

Ingenue is licensed to carry 8-10 passengers for such activities and we will provide two qualified instructors aboard which guarantees a maximum of 5 crew to each instructor, allowing everyone to have plenty of support in learning and executing new skills. All crew members will have the opportunity to perform in all positions on the boat.

For larger groups, we can arrange additional vessels with appropriately qualified instructors aboard.

For the girls in the group that may be reluctant to come along due to perceptions about male captains, a team of qualified female instructors are available who will be happy to have single gender or mixed crews aboard.

All this fresh air activity creates hearty appetites and these can be satisfied with our gourmet catering service. Be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the end of the day, we can arrange a BBQ aboard or other dinner arrangements to meet your needs.

To recapture the fun and action of the day, we offer an additional option of video footage and action photographs. Action replay is a powerful tool for reflection and reinforcing learning.
We can also arrange personalised team clothing with your corporate logo, etc.
